The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) actively took part in a series of significant Rotary events in June, reinforcing its commitment to service and international friendship through induction ceremonies and sisterhood renewals.
On June 7, RCSFLU joined the Induction of the Rotary Club of Villa de Bacolor and marked the renewal of their sisterhood ties. The event, held at the Bacolor Mini Convention in Villa de Bacolor, Pampanga, gathered Rotarians in a show of camaraderie and support for the club’s new leadership.
Expanding its international linkages, RCSFLU also witnessed the Induction of RC Wonju Jeil from South Korea on June 23, alongside the renewal of their sisterhood partnership. The event was attended by Past President Peter Paul Nang, President Gabby Go, and President-Elect Alvin Ray Mari Dumuk, representing RCSFLU in this continuing global Rotary bond.
Further strengthening its local relationships, RCSFLU participated in the Induction of the Rotary Club of Central Tarlac and renewed its sisterhood with the club during ceremonies held on June 27 at Tessie’s Grills and Roasters in Tarlac City, Tarlac.
These events highlight RCSFLU’s active role in fostering unity and collaboration among fellow Rotary Clubs—both local and international—as part of its commitment to the Rotary mission of “Service Above Self.”
