RC San Fernando La Union Members join Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI 1) in Baguio City

The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) took part in the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) Part 1 held on May 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the University of Baguio.

The one-day leadership development seminar gathered Rotarians from across District 3790, all eager to strengthen their understanding of Rotary's principles, programs, and leadership practices. The RLI is a signature training program designed to empower Rotarians with essential knowledge and skills to become more effective leaders within their clubs and communities.



Representing RCSFLU were PE Alvin Ray Mari Dumuk, SE Lexus Jed Castaneda and Dir. Reinier Abenojar actively engaged in dynamic discussions and breakout sessions covering key areas such as the history and structure of Rotary, effective club leadership, service project planning, membership development, and The Rotary Foundation.




The interactive sessions were facilitated by experienced RLI trainers and senior Rotarians who shared real-life examples and best practices from their own Rotary journeys. Participants were also encouraged to reflect on their personal leadership styles and how they can contribute meaningfully to the growth and impact of their clubs. a more vibrant, effective, and service-driven club.
