RC San Fernando La Union Hosts Coast Guard Commander for Insightful Discussion on the West Philippine Sea

The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) convened its 23rd Regular Meeting on March 3, highlighted by an engaging and timely presentation from Alexander Picart Corpuz, Acting Station Commander of the Philippine Coast Guard – La Union.
