RC San Fernando La Union attends the Club Leadership Learning Seminar (CLLS) 2025 in Vigan City

Rotary District 3790 successfully conducted the Club Leadership Learning Seminar (CLLS)—formerly known as the District Training Assembly (DTA)—on May 17, 2025, at the Vigan Convention Center.

Held under the leadership of District Governor Dan Torres, the seminar brought together incoming club officers and members from across the district to prepare for the Rotary Year 2025–2026. The event aimed to equip club leaders with the essential knowledge and skills for effective governance, impactful service projects, membership growth, and strategic public image initiatives.

The transition from DTA to CLLS reflects Rotary’s evolving approach to leadership development—highlighting collaborative learning, practical application, and a stronger focus on servant leadership.

The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) was represented by 12 delegates led by President-Elect Alvin Ray Mari Dumuk. Their active participation underscored the club’s commitment to excellence in leadership and service.

The CLLS concluded with a call for Rotary leaders across the district to champion innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability as they lead their clubs into a new year of service and fellowship.
