Partnership for a Greener Future

A milestone collaboration was formally sealed between EcoSaver Mutual Fund Inc., represented by UCP Sheryll Ann Mesina, and Arronet Solutions Integrator Inc., represented by President & CEO Arnold E. Edrosa, through the signing of an Integrated Non-Disclosure and Memorandum of Agreement (NDA–MOA).

This 25-year partnership marks the start of a transformative alliance aimed at developing and implementing blockchain-based tokenization to support EcoSaver’s sustainability initiatives. These include moringa and bamboo livelihood programs, electric vehicle and boat innovations, renewable energy systems, and clean water projects — all designed to drive sustainable development and community empowerment across the country.

The agreement signing was witnessed by Commissioner Albert Dela Cruz and Bamboohay Founder Butch Madarang, alongside PE Allyson Santos of the Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, UCP Karen Sumandal of RC Pasay Dewey Blvd, and UCP Christina Allada of RC Manila Villamor.

This collaboration embodies the Rotary spirit of “Service Above Self” through technology-driven environmental stewardship, livelihood advancement, and sustainable innovation.

Together, we move toward a digitally empowered and eco-sustainable future.
