In the deep mud of Barangay Lusaran, when the path was uncertain and every step carried risk, RC CPC President Francis Walter Ong chose not to hesitate. He chose to lead.

Amid the ruins left by disaster, he walked forward—unmindful of the danger, unbothered by the hardship, and unwavering in his mission to serve. He led our team of Rotarians with quiet courage, determined to reach families who needed hope, comfort, and compassion.
