The Rotary Club of Binangonan, in partnership with TESDA Binangonan, successfully implemented the DREAM ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION project, a flagship initiative aimed at strengthening community economic development, enhancing employability, and promoting environmental sustainability through organic agriculture.
The project provided beneficiaries with 232 hours of intensive and competency-based training, equipping participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in sustainable agricultural practices. The training covered a comprehensive range of skills, including organic farming methods, formulation of organic concoctions, production of organic fertilizers, cultivation of organic vegetables, and the raising of organic livestock such as chickens, hogs, and ruminants.
Upon completion of the program, the 29 participants earned the National Certificate II (NC II), a nationally-recognized qualification that affirms technical competence and work readiness. This certification serves as a vital pathway to employment and entrepreneurship, both locally and overseas, supporting TESDA’s mandate to ensure that at least 79 percent of its graduates obtain employment, livelihood, or income-generating opportunities.
The DREAM ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION project reflects Rotary’s commitment to Service Above Self, addressing immediate livelihood needs while contributing to long-term community resilience. By integrating organic and environmentally responsible practices, the initiative also promotes food security, environmental protection, and sustainable use of natural resources—key components of inclusive development.
Through this collaboration, the Rotary Club of Binangonan reinforces the importance of partnerships in achieving meaningful and measurable impact. The project not only empowers individuals with skills and certification but also nurtures a culture of stewardship for the environment and shared responsibility for community growth.
As graduates apply their training in farms, enterprises, and workplaces, they become active contributors to local economic progress and advocates of sustainable agriculture. The Rotary Club of Binangonan remains committed to expanding programs that build self-reliant individuals, strengthen communities, and protect the environment.
📖 “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”

Through initiatives such as DREAM ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, Rotary continues to cultivate hope, opportunity, and sustainability—one community at a time.
