The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) marked another historic milestone as it welcomed Alvin Ray Mari Eugenio Dumuk as its 67th Club President during the club’s formal induction ceremonies at the Grand Ball Room, Awesome Hotel, San Juan, La Union.
A seasoned banker, civic leader, and proud third-generation Rotarian, Dumuk now leads one of the most dynamic and multi-awarded clubs in Rotary International District 3790. His presidency signals a new chapter of leadership grounded in legacy, innovation, and service.
Since joining Rotary in 2019, Dumuk has consistently embodied Rotary’s ideals through impactful service. He has served as Club Secretary, Vice President, and Director for Membership—roles through which he earned distinction as Most Outstanding Club Secretary and Most Outstanding District Officer.
Among his notable initiatives are the “Mangarap ka ng Dream Big” career guidance series and key milestone events such as the 65th and 66th Charter Anniversary celebrations.
While passionate in service, Dumuk describes himself as “an introvert by nature”—with a grin and a sense of humor to match. A former basketball player, he finds joy in staying active and unwinding with thought-provoking documentaries, reflecting his love for learning and quiet observation.
As President Alvin Dumuk takes the lead, RCSFLU enters its 67th year with renewed energy, bold vision, and a deeper resolve to elevate service above self.
