Rotary Clubs of Metro Kalibo and Forbes Park Reaffirm Strategic Alliance with Renewal of Sisterhood Agreement

Demonstrating an unwavering, shared commitment to community service, the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (District 3850) and the Rotary Club of Forbes Park (District 3830) officially signed the renewal of their Sisterhood Agreement.

​The signing ceremony took place during the successful 30th Handover and Induction Ceremonies of the Rotary Club of Forbes Park, hosted at the iconic Manila Polo Club in Makati City.

​The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) document was signed by President Alexis Benjamin C. Zaragoza III of the Rotary Club of Forbes Park and President LeoFranklin Magno of the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo. Serving as official witnesses and attesting to the momentous occasion were Past President Megs Lunn and Past President Antonio P. Jacomina III.

This renewed agreement builds upon years of impactful joint initiatives between the two dynamic clubs. Over the course of their long-standing partnership, Metro Kalibo and Forbes Park have pool-driven resources to directly uplift local communities through several legacy projects, including: Project Walk - Providing prosthetic legs and assistive devices and empowering individuals with physical disabilities; Dental Missions - Delivering essential oral health care and education to underserved populations, and Operation Taghoy - Supporting life-changing free surgical interventions for children born with cleft lip and palate conditions.

​The renewal of this sisterhood pact symbolizes more than just formal cooperation, it reinforces a deep bond of fellowship and a shared vision for positive social change. Moving forward, both Rotary clubs aim to amplify their collaborative reach, launching expanded humanitarian projects and building stronger networks to "Create Lasting Impact".
