Early morning of September 28, 2025, a significant community service event took place at the Phase 1, Parklane Country Homes Clubhouse in Barangay San Francisco, General Trias, Cavite. The Rotary Club of Luntiang Maynila Prime formally turned over essential radio equipment to the United Parklane Home Owners Association (HOA), marking another milestone in their ongoing commitment to fostering community welfare, peace, and social order.
The ceremony was led by the club’s President, Rod Jason Senoron, who expressed gratitude and optimism during the event. “This radio equipment symbolizes our dedication to strengthening communication lines within our community, ensuring safety, and promoting peace,” UCP Rod Jason Senoron stated. Supporting him were Vice President Michael Derwin Musni, Past President Arnil Senoron, Rtn Achimedes Musni, and members of RCC-PH Connect, a network of community-oriented professionals. Their presence underscored the collective effort and shared vision of a safer, more united community.
The radio equipment was officially received by Celo Moral, President of the General Trias HOA-Federation, representing the United Parklane HOA. In his acceptance speech, Moral emphasized the importance of the donation, noting, “Effective communication is vital for community safety and harmony. This equipment will greatly enhance our ability to coordinate during emergencies, conduct community patrols, and uphold peace within our neighborhood.”
This project is part of the Rotary Club’s broader initiative to promote peace and social order through practical, community-driven programs. The donation of radio equipment aligns with the club’s mission to serve and uplift communities by providing tools that foster cooperation and rapid response in times of need.
Remarkably, the radio equipment was made possible through the generous support of the Regis Foundation. As a dedicated partner in community development, the foundation’s contribution underscores its commitment to social responsibility and sustainable community growth. The foundation’s support ensures that grassroots organizations like the Rotary Club can implement impactful projects that directly benefit residents.
The event was not only a formal turnover but also a reaffirmation of the Rotary Club’s role as a catalyst for positive change. Community leaders and residents expressed their appreciation for the initiative, recognizing it as a vital step toward enhancing safety protocols and community engagement.
This project exemplifies the power of partnership among civic organizations, foundations, and local government units to create safer, more resilient communities. The Rotary Club of Luntiang Maynila Prime continues to champion such initiatives, believing that fostering communication and cooperation among residents is key to achieving long-lasting peace and social order.
As the event concluded, both parties committed to ongoing collaboration, with plans to conduct training sessions on radio operation and maintenance to maximize the benefits of the equipment. The successful turnover serves as an inspiring reminder of what can be achieved when organizations work together with a shared purpose—to build safer, more harmonious communities for all residents of General Trias.
