Rotary Club of Central Tarlac Promotes Values Education Through Rotakid Magazine Distribution

On September 17, 2025, the Rotary Club of Central Tarlac (RCCT), together with the Youth City Officials of Tarlac and Board Member Arron Villaflor, conducted a Rotakid Magazine distribution and reading activity for young learners of Atioc Dela Paz Elementary School. The magazines were generously donated by RCCT’s sister club, the Rotary Club of Muntinlupa Central, as part of a shared commitment to promoting literacy and character development among children.

During the activity, volunteers read and discussed stories and lessons from the magazine with the students, encouraging active participation and learning. The Rotakid Magazine contains valuable lessons that help children understand and practice important values such as honesty, trustworthiness, industriousness, friendliness, and responsibility—qualities that contribute to becoming responsible members of society.

Anchored on Rotary’s theme “Unite for Good,” the initiative highlighted the importance of collaboration in nurturing the minds and character of the younger generation. Through meaningful educational activities such as this, Rotary continues to inspire young learners and help shape future leaders grounded in strong values and positive citizenship.
