Rotary Club of Central Tarlac Empowers Future Leaders Through Youth City Officials Legislative Session

As part of its commitment to youth development and leadership empowerment, the Rotary Club of Central Tarlac organized a special legislative session where Youth City Officials were given the opportunity to deliver their respective privilege speeches and present proposed resolutions on advocacies close to their hearts. The young leaders demonstrated remarkable insight and civic awareness as they tackled pressing issues such as education, poverty alleviation, traffic management, and livelihood development.

The activity provided a valuable platform for the youth to gain firsthand experience in governance, policymaking, and public service. Through their speeches and legislative proposals, the participants showcased their potential to become future leaders capable of addressing community concerns and contributing to nation-building.

The event was further enriched by the presence of local government officials, including Mayor Susan Yap, Vice Mayor KT Angeles, and members of the city council, who showed their support for this meaningful Rotary initiative. Their participation highlighted the importance of collaboration between community leaders and the youth in nurturing responsible, engaged, and service-oriented citizens.
