Rotary Club of Aseana Manila and Mga Anak ni Inang Daigdig, Headed by Fr. Benigno Beltran, Launch Nationwide Tree Planting and Livelihood Projects

The Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, in partnership with Mga Anak ni Inang Daigdig led by Fr. Benigno Beltran, formally launched a nationwide tree planting and livelihood program that aims to provide educational scholarships for underprivileged children up to college.

The initiative commenced at the historic Smokey Mountain in Manila — a location that stands as a powerful symbol of transformation from hardship to hope. By integrating environmental restoration with sustainable community development, this collaboration seeks to create lasting impact for both the planet and future generations.

Planting hope. Growing futures. For the children. For the planet.

Special thanks to the Rotary Club of Bagumbayan, headed by UCP Allen Rios, for spreading joy and smiles through the distribution of Jollibee meals that made the day extra special for the children. Gratitude is also extended to the Rotary Club of Manila Villamor, led by UCP Christina Aliada, for their invaluable assistance, coordination, and hard work until the early hours of the morning.

Heartfelt appreciation as well to my mentors, pillars, and dedicated teammates — Butch Madarang, Joselito Pamilar, Gary Beltran, Rommel Cruz, Angelo M. Vargas, and John Gindap — for their unwavering commitment and late-night efforts.

Together, we continue to grow hope and create lasting impact — one tree, one child, and one community at a time.
