When communities in North Cebu needed help, Cluster 3 of District 3860 answered the call—standing together in service, compassion, and hope. Led by the Rotary Club of Cebu South (RCCS), Cluster 3 Rotarians set aside comfort and convenience, traveling through the night and braving rainy conditions to bring timely relief to families affected by the recent earthquake.
This mission reflected the true strength of Rotary: clubs working as one. Through close collaboration among Cluster 3 clubs and in partnership with employees of Mora Sanchez Menoza and Associates CPAs, assistance reached residents of Sitio Paril, Barangay Lamintak Sur, Medellin, Cebu. More than 100 relief kits containing food and drinking water were distributed, along with sacks of rice and tarpaulins with rope—simple provisions that carried reassurance, dignity, and hope during a difficult time.
Beyond the relief goods, the activity served as a powerful reminder that meaningful service is multiplied through unity. By combining leadership, resources, and a shared commitment to serve, Cluster 3 demonstrated how collaboration enables Rotary to respond swiftly and effectively when it matters most.
Even amid challenging conditions, the mission stood as a testament to Rotary’s enduring promise: that together, we can bring comfort, restore hope, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
