RC Cebu Gloria Maris Conceptualizes “Zumba for a Cause” Fundraising Event to Promote Health and Empower Communities

On the afternoon of September 28, 2025, key members of the Rotary Club of Cebu Gloria Maris convened at Q Cafe, Golden Prince, to plan an inspiring fundraising event aptly named “Zumba for a Cause.” This energetic initiative aligns perfectly with RCCGM’s advocacy to promote health and wellness while raising vital support for community projects.

Leading the event’s conceptualization is Zin Keith Maquiling, a licensed Zumba Instructor and stage director, whose expertise ensures that the fundraiser will be both dynamic and professionally managed.

The meeting brought together distinguished leaders including Past President and Co-Chair for Fundraising Bessie Villamor, Past President and Fundraising Chair Dr. Vivian Dyhongpo, President Roxene Rosario, Secretary Dorothy Borces, Directors Hazael Urbiztondo and Bernadette Ponce, Assistant Secretary Jabemarie Maquiling, and Zin Keith Maquiling.
