Project GLORY, Give LOve on RotarY Day

“No greater gift is there than love.

On February 21, 2026, a World Rotary Day initiative for the abandoned babies of Saint Rita Orphanage in Paranaque City was undertaken by the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong West. .

The following were the highlights of this service project (as a precaution, only selected babies were physically present during the activity):

- Provisions of essential items for 25 babies and volunteers

- Orphanage tour and viewing of the isolation room for sick babies

- Fun and joy at the nursery room window with babies and sitters

- Food time and birthday cake for February celebrants

- Appreciation of and fellowship with partners and volunteers

- Signing of Deeds of Donation

- Nurse talk and care to volunteers by RAC President Tara Michelle Ramos

Among the project partners of RC Mandaluyong West were the Rotaract Club of Mandaluyong West, FLS Group, Prestige Alliance MPC (SERVPRO) – one of 2 corporate partners, , Hello Dolly Baby Wear, Parañaque City Jail, Round Table Philippines, and D’Robe Security Agency.

Project GLORY is in line with the club's 2026 first quarter theme of "SERVE – SHARE – LOVE", carrying on the direction of its previous projects; BIBO, for Persons with Disabilities, KAYSAYA for Persons Deprived of Liberty, and KASALO, a District Grant Project for the elderly.

RC Mandaluyong West is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the different beneficiaries who need the most. With God’s blessings, the club hopes to continue these humble initiatives in the years to come.

Together, We Did it, to God be all the glory!
