Honoring Our Roots: RC San Fernando La Union Holds 9th Regular Meeting with RC Dagupan Guest Speaker

The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) held its 9th Regular Meeting on September 16 at Olive’s Thunderbird, highlighted by the presence of a very special guest — PP Armando “Boc” Bonifacio of RC Dagupan, the mother club of RC San Fernando La Union.

The meeting was both a moment of reflection and a celebration of legacy. PP Boc Bonifacio shared inspiring insights that reminded members of the strong foundation laid by RC Dagupan and how its spirit of service continues to flow through the mission and projects of RCSFLU today. His presence reinforced the deep bond between the mother club and its daughter club, strengthening the sense of belonging to a greater Rotary family.

Pres. Alvin led the session, joined by officers and members, as the club also discussed ongoing projects, upcoming activities, and the importance of sustaining partnerships with RCCs and community stakeholders. The gathering was marked not only by fellowship but also by renewed purpose — to continue expanding Rotary’s reach in La Union.
