Building Better Learning Spaces: RC Baguio Highlands Launches Global Grant Project at Rizal Elementary School

The Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands, in partnership with Rotary Club of Shinyangsan, District 3721 Korea, officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for a Global Grant Project at Rizal Elementary School. The initiative includes the construction of a toilet block and handwashing facility with an overhead water tank, as well as the provision of an interactive smart board, aimed at uplifting the school’s facilities for the benefit of its learners.
This collaborative effort under Rotary International underscores the shared mission of improving health, sanitation, and access to quality education.
With the new facilities, students will gain a cleaner and safer environment while also being equipped with advanced technology to enhance interactive learning. The project highlights the vital role of global partnerships in addressing local needs.
