Building a Strong Foundation of Service

On July 17, 2026, at Savie's Restaurant and Bar, the Rotary Club of Metro San Fernando La Union conducted the 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of prospective members 𝙈𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡 𝙂𝙪𝙯𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣 𝙉𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙣, the final step in their journey toward becoming Rotarians.

Designed to deepen their understanding of Rotary, the session introduced the club's rich history, values, traditions, and commitment to "𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳." Our distinguished Past Presidents—PP Heideliza Dacanay, PP Eleber Jacla, PP Marilyn Hidalgo, PP Cheryl Pua Phee, and Immediate Past President Clarence Morales shared their knowledge and experiences, helping the prospective members appreciate the purpose, responsibilities, and lifelong opportunities that come with Rotary membership.

Also present to support this important milestone were the prospective members' sponsors, President Bong Lee and Secretary Angeline Go, whose guidance and encouragement reflect the club's commitment to mentoring and nurturing future Rotarians.

𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, it is the beginning of a 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 of fellowship, leadership, and service. As Mitchel and Allen prepare to officially join the Rotary family, they carry with them a deeper understanding of 𝘙𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘺'𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦.
