The Rotary Club of Aseana Manila is currently in the planning phase of an ambitious Integrated Livelihood, Community Health, and Education Project aimed at uplifting more than 100,000 Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in Bulalacao and neighboring municipalities in Oriental Mindoro.
This comprehensive initiative is designed to promote sustainable economic opportunities, improve access to essential healthcare services, and establish educational facilities for indigenous children—while preserving cultural heritage and strengthening community empowerment.
The project is being spearheaded by United Chosen President Sheryll Ann Mesina of the Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, alongside Past President Rosela de Ocampo, in close collaboration with local government units (LGUs), non-government organizations (NGOs), and indigenous community leaders.
Through strong partnerships, shared vision, and compassion-driven service, this initiative seeks to create long-term, transformative impact—bringing hope, dignity, and opportunity to indigenous communities in Oriental Mindoro.
