The Rotary Club of Kalookan North's Project "SALAMIN" is a District Grant-funded initiative. The project beneficiaries were Grade 3 and 6 pupils of the Caloocan Central Elementary School located at P. Zamora Street, Grace Park, Caloocan City. The project had two phases.
